Episode 131 : May The Flow Be With You - Gavin Masumiya

Gavin Masumiya believes that the quality of your life comes from the quality of your communication. As a multiple award winning Toastmasters International speech finalist, Gavin uniquely blends his love for public speaking, transformational coaching, and musical oration to help underdogs access their most powerful voice. Having earned his Psychology degree from UC, Irvine and becoming a Certified Professional Coach from the ICF-Accredited Program iPEC, over the past 6 years he has worked internationally with both men and women from technology, finance, school psychology, engineering, to the US Armed Services.

Gavin is the founder of FlowFam, a nonjudgmental collective space that cultivates confidence, innovation, and healthy communication. Through this methodology, Gavin has united families, inspired new career paths, and has helped individuals with excessive social anxiety become more proficient public speakers. Originally an in-person experience - with the unforeseen blessing of the pandemic - FlowFam has also pivoted into a virtual experience, touching the lives of people from 18 different countries, from children as young as 10 to 71 years of age.
